We will begin our day at the Appomattox County Museum, formerly the County Jail, to learn more about the history of the town of Appomattox.

Lunch spot: Aunt Bee’s authentic down-home cooking.

Post lunch- explore freely for about an hour among the array of downtown local shops & historical stops that interest you!

We then travel to Tour Civil War Museum for a private, docent led tour.
