Clear Bag Policy beginning Monday, June 22
To enhance safety and create a more enjoyable experience for all guests, City of Roanoke Parks and Recreation will be implementing a Clear Bag Policy at Fallon Park Pool and Washington Park Pool beginning Monday, June 22, 2026.
To kick off the clear bag policy, we are giving away the first 300 bags for free at each pool location.
Once the initial supply has been distributed, clear bags will be available for purchase on-site ($5). Patrons are encouraged to bring their own clear bags to expedite entry into the facility. We appreciate your cooperation as we continue working to provide a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment for all pool visitors.
