Please keep the following regulations in mind while enjoying City of Roanoke parks, plazas, greenways, trails, recreation centers, or other department facilities.
 
Park Hours: Daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.*

*Carvins Cove daily hours differ,
please see Western Virginia Water Authority website.

Park Rules:

  1. Alcoholic beverages and/or containers are prohibited.*
  2. Camping is prohibited.
  3. All pets must be on a leash and controlled.
  4. Clean up after your pet.
  5. Park in designated spaces only.
  6. Paint of any type prohibited.
  7. Be courteous to all users.
  8. For emergencies, dial 911.

*In some parks, alcoholic beverages are allowed during special events with proper ABC permitting.
