Volunteer Trail Work at Carvins Cove
Join fellow trail enthusiasts to maintain and build new trail!
These workdays are led by Roanoke Parks and Recreation, and we will work on both maintenance projects and new construction. We provide the tools, you just need to show up with sturdy shoes, water, work gloves, and some excitement to create and maintain trails!
Sign up in advance if you would like to participate! Trail Work runs from 9 AM to 2 PM and meets at the Bennett Springs Trailhead (4300 Carvins Cove Rd – Salem, VA 24153).
Note: Children ages 14 and up are welcome. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate.
