Trader Joe’s Shopping & Lunch Day Trip
Join Roanoke Parks and Recreation for a day trip to Winston-Salem where we’ll enjoy lunch and shopping at Trader Joe’s!Â
Bring your own shopping bags, and we’ll provide the transportation. Our comfortable shuttle bus will depart Roanoke at 9:30 AM. Our first destination
will be the Muddy Creek Cafe in Old Salem for lunch! This family-friendly, rustic cafe offers specialty gourmet sandwiches and hot grilled paninis.

Before heading home to Roanoke, we’ll stop at Trader Joe’s for an hour of shopping the unique grocery selections. Remember to pack a cooler bag if you plan to purchase refrigerated or frozen items!
Cost: $34 per person (includes transportation, lunch in on your own)
