Morning Session: Cornering/Berms
This clinic is designed for riders of all levels looking to build confidence, control, and flow on the trail. We’ll focus on essential skills including cornering, pumping terrain, and riding berms. These are key techniques for maintaining momentum and generating speed without pedaling, and critical foundations for riding jump lines.

Afternoon Session: Intro to Mountain Bike Jumping Clinic
Build confidence and learn proper jumping technique in this three-hour introductory clinic. We’ll cover body position fundamentals, how to properly load the bike with correct timing, and how to stay balanced and in control in the air.
Start: 1:30 PM
Skills are taught progressively, breaking each step into manageable pieces. We’ll finish with repeated practice on the smallest jump line at Morningside Park, giving you plenty of time to apply what you’ve learned in a supportive environment.
Ideal for riders who are comfortable on their bike and ready to start jumping or improve their technique.
