Join us May 2, 2026 as we drive the T+T van to Forest, then Goodview, Virginia.

Treat yourself with a day of relaxation and celebrating you! Enjoy a trip to London’s Salt Spa, Central Virginia’s first therapeutic salt cave. Participants will spend an hour in the salt cave, where the air is 100 times purer and filled with over 84 minerals from the Himalayan Mountains and Poland. After the Salt Spa, the group will head to Fables and Feathers Winery in the greater Goodview area. A small family-owned & operated winery and brewery, it offers a beautiful setting for tasting various wine flights and brews while enjoying the sunset!- You’ll return home with a sense of ease and satisfaction. All F&F Winery offerings are purchased at your own expense. Note: participants must be 21 years or older.

PRICE PER PERSON: $55.00. The full amount is due when the reservation is made. 

PRICE INCLUDES: Roundtrip parks and recreation transit van transportation, 1-hour admission ticket into the Salt Cave, and a tour host. F&F Winery offerings are at your own expense.

DEPARTURE TIME AND LOCATIONS: The van will depart at 12:00PM City of Roanoke Public Works Bldg. 1802 Courtland Rd, NE. Return time to Roanoke is around 6:30PM.

CANCELLATION POLICY: This trip requires a minimum number of paid participants by the registration deadline. If the trip is canceled due to low enrollment, all participants will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation before the registration deadline, you will also receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the registration deadline will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
