Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga

That’s right folks, we said stand up paddle board AND yoga!
You will experience the ultimate combination of balance and focus in a new setting while still practicing classic yoga poses and techniques. Our experienced instructor will help you learn the proper stance for balance and control on a stand-up paddleboard while exercising traditional yoga form and alignment. All equipment and leadership is provided. Prior Yoga experience is not necessary, but extremely beneficial. You must be able to swim. Please note: Parent or guardian must be present on this trip for participants under age 18
