Join Mat Pilates for an effective workout that targets your full body and core. This workout is a combination of strengthening the abdominal wall and targeting muscles in every part of the body. Although this is a low impact workout, you will leave feeling stronger, energetic and more balanced than ever! You’ll notice how toned and stable the body feels after a few sessions! All fitness levels welcome! You may bring weights if you choose but they are not required.
Classes begin May 6th and occur every Tuesday through June 17th.
