This inclusive, eight-week yoga class is designed to meet the needs of EveryBODY type. We will modify yoga poses to fit your body’s needs and relax with breathing techniques while stretching comfort zones. Instructed by Sally Wesley.
Class dates: 3/21, 3/28, 4/4, 4/18, 4/25, 5/2, 5/9, 5/16. *Class will NOT be held on Monday, April 11th.
