Power Surge your workouts with Walk Strong Roanoke! Your instructor, Rachel DeVaughn, will show you how to boost your calorie burn, blast fat, and power up your indoor fitness walking by adding HIIT (high intensity interval training) segments. Walk15 are "walking based" group fitness classes that are fun, effective, and designed so all levels of fitness can do it! At the end of each 45-minute class, there will be a 10 minute "Bonus Burn" session that will incorporate the use of resistance bands, fit cuffs or floor work. Please bring a yoga mat to class.
