Tai Chi – November/December
(18+) Come experience the meditative movement of Tai Chi in the Mountain View Gardens and in the beautiful Fishburn Mansion! Tai Chi is known for its health benefits; combining gentle physical exercise, attention to breath, and movement with mindfulness. In this beginner-friendly 6-week course you’ll learn the fundamentals of breathing, posture, and 2 tai chi forms. Instructed by Gloria Elliott, In Balance Tai Chi.
