Come experience the ancient Chinese martial art of Tai Chi in the Mountain View gardens and in the beautiful Fishburn Mansion! Tai Chi is known for its health benefits; combining gentle physical exercise and movement with mindfulness. In this beginner-friendly 6-week course you’ll learn the fundamentals of breathing, posture, and the Yang 10 form. Instructed by Gloria Elliott, In Balance Tai Chi.
