Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga
That’s right, folks—we said stand up paddle boarding AND yoga! You will experience the ultimate combination of balance and focus in a new setting while still practicing classic yoga poses and techniques. Our experienced instructor will help you learn the proper stance for balance and control on a stand-up paddleboard while exercising traditional yoga form and alignment.
All equipment and leadership is provided. Prior yoga experience is not necessary, but extremely beneficial. Participants must be able to swim. Ages 18+, or 10+ with adult.
