Do you love movement, fitness, and music? Now add a jump rope to the mix and be ready to have a great time skipping your way through this four week class! Come discover the joy of jumping rope and learn the basic skills that will improve your coordination, agility, and cardiovascular health. Beginners and experienced jumpers are welcome! Instructed by Hany Hosny.
