BoxFit is a boxing fitness program that is for youth ages 7-17 years old. BoxFit provides youth with outreach programs that help build confidence, instill healthy lifestyle choices, mentorship, and provide them with a Fun Fast Fitness experience. BoxFit is committed to finding a new way to channel youth’s emotions and energy towards something constructive.
