H2Fit: Aquatic Fitness
Water aerobics never looked so fun!
Swimmers and non-swimmers can get a great cardio workout, shape and tone muscles, and reduce stress. Come socialize with friends old and new in this low-impact exercise program. Pool shoes, water barbells and/or swim gloves are highly recommended. We'll see you on Wednesday and Friday mornings!
