Conscious Drumming: Drumming from the Heart

In this experiential drumming workshop, participants will engage in a structured experience and connect through rhythm, community, and creativity. You’ll learn basic foundational skills and be led by the very instructor who created this technique. This class will awaken your inner musician and allow you to connect with others in a meaningful way. No previous experience or musical training required and drums are provided.
