This kid-friendly workshop will provide children with tools and strategies to help them cope with everyday stress and learn ways to calm their bodies and minds in order to make good decisions. Children will be introduced to simple, mindfulness-based techniques that will allow them to be BOLD (breathe, observe, listen, decide) in order to live happier, healthier lives.
