Looking for a quick and convenient self-paced aquatic workout? Leave your gym shoes at home and hit the pool for a morning walk in the water! Water walking burns more calories than walking on land and has low impact on your joints. This is a great way to strengthen your body at your own pace. Join others every Tuesday and Thursday morning at Gator Aquatic Center for a gentle morning workout.
