From the peaceful beauty of Stiles Falls to the towering drop at Apple Orchard Falls\, the fan-favorite Cascade Falls\, and the hidden gem of Mill Creek\, each hike offers its own unique experience. Whether you’re looking to cool off by the water\, enjoy shaded forest trails\, or take in breathtaking views\, this series is the perfect way to stay active and refreshed all summer long.  \nThe third hike of this series is the beautiful Cascade Falls in the Jefferson National Forest. This 3.7-mile trail winds through a lush forest along Little Stony Creek\, leading to the awe-inspiring 69-foot Cascade Falls.
