Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, October 18th & 19th, 2014
Want to walk on water? Looking for a low impact way to cross-train? Come out to GO Fest and give SUP Yoga a try. It?s a fantastic way to improve your balance and core strength and a great recovery activity, especially after the Wild Gear Chase. Let our experienced Uttara Yoga Studio Instructor lead you through some relaxing and challenging moves. All equipment and leadership is provided. Prior Yoga experience is not necessary, but extremely beneficial. It is also strongly recommended you are able to swim.
