(18+) This restorative yoga class focuses on relaxing postures that move the spine in six directions to help ease the mind and escape into Svansa-the state of relaxation and calmness. The focus is on relaxing the mind to meditate and release stress from the body. The end of the class is exploring Svasana-final relaxation pose and meditative state. Classes are offered on Sunday evenings from 6:15PM-7:15PM.
