Beginners Vinyasa Flow Yoga

(18+) This is an introductory class to flowing yoga, linking breath and body movement. This dynamic flow class challenges the breath and mind to work together, creating peace and self-awareness. This class is designed for beginners and intermediates, and the poses can be modified or advanced based on individual levels of yoga practice. All skill levels welcomed!  Classes are offered on Thursday evenings from 5:30PM-6:30PM.
