(18+) If you are at an age where you feel your flexibility has gone the way of all things youthful you will enjoy this new Gentle Yoga class. It is desgined specifically for people who feel they are out of shape, for Seniors, for people with minor physical challenges or just for folks who want to be kind to their bodies. Included will be some breathing practices, poses, and a deep relaxation. Movements can be made from a seated reclining position. The class will have a peaceful tone to help the student’s ability to navigate the world we live in. This class meets on Tuesday mornings from 10:00AM-11:30AM.
