(18+) If you experience joint or back discomfort, have an exisiting injury or disability or just love the water, then aquatic fitness is the exercise program for you! Swimmers and non-swimmers can get a great cardio workout, shape and tone muscles, reduce stress and socialize with friends old and new. Pool shoes are recommended. Water barbells or swim gloves are highly recommended. This class meets on Wednesday, and Firday’s. Two time slots are currently being offered.
