Fitness and Wellness programs are offered city wide and for all ages. The programs offered identify physical activities, nutrition, and wellness education to teach you how to improve your physical as well as mental well being. We invite you to try out any of our fitness programs by participating in one class meeting before registering to see if it’s the right fit; just call to let us know you are coming. Note that each program has a class rating system as to the difficulty, so there is something for the beginner as well as someone who is already involved in a fitness plan for themselves.
